Following Arthur’s passing, his family and friends are grieving the loss of a much-loved member of their community within their community.

Arthur spent his childhood in Burlington, West Virginia, where he was surrounded by his family and friends. He was born and raised there. After receiving his diploma from Keyser High School in 1963, he promptly enlisted in the United States Army to serve his country. Immediately following his discharge from the military, Arthur started working for a phone company, where he devoted himself to his work and formed a large number of friendships that would last a lifetime.

At his residence in Bunker Hill, West Virginia, Arthur passed away in a calm and peaceful manner.
