Patti Slachta Obituary (2024) – After a valiant fight against cancer, Patti Slachta passed away on March 4, 2024, and the community of Bay City is in mourning over her passing. She left an indelible mark on the lives of everyone who knew and loved her.
Having been born in Bay City on August 1, 1967, Patti Slachta received her high school diploma from Western High School in the year 1985. Following the completion of her education, Patti made the decision to proudly serve her country in the Navy. During her time in Long Beach, California, where she worked as a machine operator, Patti exemplified the qualities of dedication and service to her country.
In order to pursue her interest in education, Patti went back to Bay City after she had finished her service in the Navy. She joined Delta College, where she devoted herself to her studies, and she graduated with honors. After putting in a lot of effort and being determined, Patti was able to earn a bachelor’s degree in applied science. This accomplishment is a testament to her unwavering dedication to self-improvement and learning throughout her entire life.
At the Skorupski Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, the family of Patti will be present to greet guests on Saturday, March 9, 2024, from one o’clock in the afternoon until five o’clock in the evening. In order to commemorate Patti’s life, a funeral service will be held. This will give her loved ones and friends the chance to come together and pay their respects while also celebrating her memory.
